By showing companies the business case for mitigating water risk, Waterplan will accelerate their transition to a world where companies are incentivized to save more water, abate the discharge of polluting effluents, conserve watersheds and preserve shared value.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Semi Senior Developer to join the Engineering Department. You will be working in a fully remote distributed team across multiple disciplines at a science-oriented company.

About your core focus:

We are looking for a Lead CS Support - Ssr Fullstack Developer to join Waterplan’s Product/Engineering team. As a B2B SaaS company with an increasing customer base, we are in the need of strengthening our internal support team. As a CS Support Developer, you will be a key player in ensuring that our platform meets our customers' needs for success and evolves accordingly.

Some things you’ll enjoy tackling:

The main responsibility will be to understand the needs of the Customer Success area, solve their concerns and develop solutions according to the requested requests, working on both the frontend and backend of the platform, with close interaction with the UX team.

You will work with a variety of teams including AI/ML, UX, Product Management, Product Design, and Marketing. We are looking for someone who can:

• Develop and maintain a web application built using ReactJS

• Develop and maintain REST APIs built using NodeJS and deployed in AWS

• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver life-changing products

• Be able to intake, understand and respond to user requirement

• Communicate fluently in English.

• Working knowledge of Git and version control systems
